Explain to a non developer step by step how to use technical document

I would like to export more than 1000 rows from twilio's sms logs. There is documentation on how to do a wrapper around the twilio api

I'm not a developer but would like help with the steps in plain language on how to be able to achieve this by tomorrow. Due to the personal data in the export I am unable to outsource this task.

I have the account SID and auth token , the send date before and after.
