Expert php-mySql to finish website -repost

I need finish a web site developed at 70%. It is a spanish site as to know the spanish language is a plus.
I will need an expert developer in php and mysql that finish the site to 22th of March as deadline. If the developer is a real expert not will have problem to finished it.
Only bid if you can finish at time, if the job not finish at time, I will not delivery the payment and if finish at time, I will pay a bonus $50.

I have had a wrong experience with another worker with this project that the worker cheating me and I need this work asap.

I have attached the all the desing in a png and fla file, open with adobe firework to see all the pages.
I have attached a doc file with all the details to develop it.
I need a daily comunication and see the progress daily too.
This project is for one of my client and when he send my the ok , I will delivery the payment.

Only accept 25% deposit of amount

Please not bid if you are not an expert developer in php and mysql and you can't finish the project at time.
