Excel workbook with Macro works on Windows 7/8 environment but not Windows Server

Description of requirements/functionality: We have been given this spreadsheet by a supplier. It contains an Excel Macro which places a menu option called "Total Loss Avoidance" in the Excel ribbon. Within here there is a button called "Import Parts Basket". When the file is running on Windows 7/8 it runs fine. However when run on a Windows Server O/S with Office installed, it does not work and produces an error message "Cannot run the macro "********". The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled".

The problem is present in both Office 2010 and 2013. Also Windows Server 2008 and 2012.

If somebody can find us the key to fixing this problem - they must have their own machines to test on please.
