Excel VBA Macro scripting

Requirement to script an excel VBA macro that performs the following data manipulation tasks. The background to this requirement is that data is being extracted from a purchase order system and needs to be transposed into a format that will allow import to the Sage Line 50 accounting system and in doing so automatically create the required accounting entries in respect of the purchase order transactions.
