Excel VBA extract data from CSV place in printable batch report

Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone with Excel / VBA scripting experience to advise the best way forward and then to put in place a "printable batch report" using data which is being logged into an Excel .CSV and .XLSX file in real-time. A new line is logged after an individual product test has finished.

A simple form box is needed where the user is able to easily type in a "batch number" then click a button which runs a script picking out the necessary data from the live file and parameter tables (?). An additional button is needed to be able to easily print the report.

Printable report should;
1) Show the product batch information of tested parts (see example)
2) Show the amount of passed parts of the specified batch according to the pass test status.
3) Ideally list the steps of the tested product
4) Be quick, easy and user friendly (e.g. could be published into a webpage so user cannot override data or mess with fields?).
Please see the basic example report I've put together on the 2nd tab of the attached workbook. This should hopefully make it clear what is needed to be extracted from the live files. Any questions or would like to know more please ask.

I have attached 3 files to take a look at;

FCS487-test-data-parameters-and-draft-report-layout.xlsx - This has numerous tabs/worksheets showing example data with titles showing what each column of data represents, an example batch report screen with form and buttons, and then tabs of parameter tables.

I am open to all ideas and suggestions on this please. Happy to negotiate a fair price depending on suggestions/experience/time for the work. There is potential for further similar work in the future if interested.
