Excel Tidy up Macro

Hello,

I need some software or a macro in Excel that will allow me to give it a "messy" excel and it will tidy it up by merging certain cells with the same content".

The solution should work in both Windows and Mac.

I have made this video to show exactly what I want.

This will be re used for different spreadsheets in the same format so should be easy to re run each time.
