Excel Spreadsheet email address creator

I need someone highly proficient in excel to create an email iterator. The idea is that there would be an input sheet with a variety of contact records, each with 3 pieces of data:

First name | Surname | Website address

e.g. for my own it is:

Antony | Sommerfeld | www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com

What I need you to do is from this listing is to create another 12 email patterns e.g.

This is the case of just simply recognising the email pattern e.g. firstname.surname@websiteaddress.com etc.

The macro you write must be capable of applying the email pattern to approximately 8,000 contacts i.e. 96,000 contacts would be generated (12 x 8,000). Perhaps sheet 1 could be the input data and sheet 2 could be the output data.

The sheet you create must be able to be operated on excel 2007 and 2010.

If you can draw reference to any similar excel work then that would be advantageous.
