Excel sheet clean-up and grouping of consequences column

Hi,

In the “all nodes” tab of the attached excel sheet, I require all the consequences listed in the consequences column to be grouped uniquely for each cause that they are referring to, can this be done in another tab? I have tried doing vlookup/match functions and I can’t get it to how I want.

I have copied the entire consequences column in another sheet, removed duplicates, but there is some issue with the numbering as it is unique with strings.
