Excel scripting

I need someone to write a script for Applescript that will:
Open Excel
Select a specified workbook
Select a specified sheet within that workbook
Scan through the content of the cells in Column A (text content)
Identify matches from a parameter set in the script
Set the row that the matching cells are in to Bold.
Put a 'Y' in the cell adjacent (Column B)
For any cells that don't match the parameter, add an 'N' in the adjacent cell
This should leave me with two columns on the sheet, one with the original content, and one with a Y or N value for each cell. The rows that the Y cells are in will also be bolded.
This is a one off job - hopefully shouldn't take more than half an hour or so to complete - looking to spend about £50 ono - please feel free to make an offer!
