General information for the business: Formula excel to transform in "ZAPIER" format
Description of requirements/functionality: I need to standardize different types of phone number formats, using Zapier.

My current Zapier process starts like this :
1. Email Parser
2. Format Phone Number -> I need you here
3. Next steps

The different formats I want to standardize :
- “0499876543” becomes “+32499876543"
- “499876543” becomes “+32499876543"
- starts with “0032” (then 499876543) becomes “+32" (then 499876543)
- starts with “+32” (then 499876543) stays “+32" (499876543)

I need to use the FORMULA ARITHMETIC from ZAPIER

At the end, I will need the formula to use in zapier and not in excel.
