We are looking for an excel ninja!
The project is to test bot trading strategy for binary options. The main principle is to bet if a certain data is a certain way or not. We will provide data from volatility. Each volatility is giving random numbers. So on each number we decide to bet or not. The way we decide to bet is called a strategy.
The principle of the project is to extract data from volatility in advance. That way we can test strategies on extracted data. Indeed we will have set of data on spreadsheet. And we want to instantaneously test a strategy. To do so, we need a translation of the bot trading strategy in spreadsheet formula.
Usually, we create a bot trading strategy and we apply it on a virtual account then we wait for the result. The goal of the project is to translate numerous bot trading strategies on excel data so we have the result faster than waiting to test the bot trading strategy on real time produced data.
For this, we are looking for an excel ninja able to translate the bot trading strategies. Those strategies imply several variables and we will test many different strategies. So to find the right match, we will proceed like this :
1. I’ll illustrate what the job will actually be with an example.
2. After having got through the example, you send us an offer ($/h).
3. We’ll compare the different offers and get back to you to let you know if we start working together or not.
So I’ll explain the frame and one strategy below to illustrate the needs and allowing you to assess the work and make an offer $/h being informed. We’ve produced a video to get along with it.
So first, the frame :
⁃ We trade on 1 volatility.
⁃ That volatility produces a certain amount of numbers per minute.
⁃ The last digit of the each random numbers will have a consequence.
⁃ In the column A (Symbol) you have the volatility.
⁃ In the column B (Entry Time) you have the time of the trade in DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm
⁃ In the column C (Entry Spot) you have the random number.
⁃ Int he column D (Purch. Price) you have the amount of the bet.
⁃ In the column E (Profit) you have the result of the bet.
Then the strategy :
1. The starting amount of the bet is X.
2. If the last digit is over 6, it’s a win and the amount of the bet is multiplied by 2,11429 so we get X*2,11429
3. If the last digit is under 7, it’s a loss and the amount of the bet is multiplied by -1 so -X.
4. As long as it’s a win, we decide to keep betting X in order to get X*2,11429.
5. When there’s a series of losses, if there is a win, the next bet will be an amount to recover the losses.
6. The amount of the bet for the amount to recover is calculated to recover the losses plus one bet of the starting amount.
7. The counting of the amount to recover starts with a simple loss and keep going as long as it’s not recovered.
