Description
Experience Level: Entry
General information for the website: Basic CRM System
Description of every page/module: We require a script to allow a user to copy and paste 5 columns from excel into a textarea box, which then displays the data to then be submitted to a MySQL database.
Description of requirements/features: The 5 columns will remain the same format for each request, so we just need the following:
- As soon as data is pasted into the box a formatted version is displayed with the correct headers in an HTML table.
- The data is then passed to a form to be processed and inserted into the database
- The four columns will be firstname, middlename, lastname, email and nationality - in that order which won't change
- On average there will not be more than 100 rows, but the script may be required to handle more on occasion
- We would need key parts to be clearly labeled so we can integrate it into our primary system
Extra notes:

Can you provide 1 example of the full flow -

Good morning Steve,
Should there also be any form of validation - rows with missing emails wouldn't get submitted for example and a warning is displayed so that the user can have a go at fixing the data before submitting? (Also - you mention four columns but list five).
Cheers,
Jon.Steve P.18 Oct 2017Hi
No validation needed (we have this covered) and apologies it is five columns.
