Exam simulator for my website

Hi all,

I need somebody to write a little application for me.

Must be:
- it must work on my website as part of my webpage
- must be simulating a 2 hour 60 question exam with a required 80% pass level (80% of the answers given must be correct in order to give a PASS mark)
- multi-choice exam with 4 possible answers on every page(one being the correct answer)
- must be made so that I can easily enter the questions and the answers myself whenewer changes are needed.
- must hold many (500-600) questions and generate the exam random every time


Basicly this would be a multi-choice exam simulator which would be integrated in to my website. The visitor would start the exam and the program would generate 60 questions with four answers for each question. A new page for every question with its four possible answer. The visitor must tick one in order to proceed. The time would be 2 hours and displayed in the application. The visitor must get 80% of the questions right in order to get a PASS mark.

It must have a facility for loading questions and answers easily.

Once completed I must hold all the rights to it.
