Enhance a python program

Hello, i have a python program code to sniff for network packets offline that needs to be enhanced. For now, the program reads a .pcap file and displays all information into file.txt but the enhancement i need is to add some code to convert the hex representation that saved into the file to a human-readable representation. i have uploaded an image to show what i mean by hex representation. i will of course share the source code with you once we have struck a deal.

The goal is to ADD functionality to the existing source code.

The functionality is:
Code to convert the hex/binary representation to human readable-representation.

The image uploaded is just sample of the hex/binary format that is created by the existing code. So what i want is for a code to use that created hex/binary format and convert it into human -readable format.
