Encounter hosting error while run wcf RESTservice in iis express

I attempt to restore a copy of RESTful service in localhost as iis express without hosting relevant error.
Followed by host on local iis.
You must familiar with web.config relevent binding,iis manager. At the end, you may point out what the cause of the error so that I could learn it as well.

Hope you may help me resolve the issue in 1 day.
so that I could test existing RESTful endpoint and code new endpoint ..
