Ebay API Download all products with related data and upload / update inventory QTY.

General information for the website: PHP Page / Script that can be run at will to download product data and of course inventory QTY.
Description of every page/module: Using Ebay API, create a script that can be executed at will to download / sync all products with their related fields (description, qty etc.) to a MYSQL Database.

We also need the ability to upload / update eBay qty for the items only.

Deliver the page with MYSQL database script as a stand alone product where we will integrate it into our backend system.
Description of requirements/features: Download all products from eBay with related fields, ability to update all qty's based on qty field in database.
CMS and Admin requirements: Developer needs to have access to developer area of Ebay API as we will not provide any access keys
Extra services needed: 3rd party integration
