Microsoft Dynamics CRM / C# Developer urgently needed. Details are:

We have developed a .NET web application that extends CRM 4.0. The application functionality is described in the attached- fairly simple - use case. This application works perfectly for normal, %u201Con-premise%u201D CRM 4.0 systems. The C# source code is available, as is the customizations.xml. No change in functionality is needed; only change needed is to make it work with CRM 4.0 IFD (forms based authentication). It is not required to work with the CRM 4.0 Outlook offline client

Essential : We need the application converted to work with IFD (forms-based) authentication, and deployed to the customer site working as specified

An earlier attempt to do that failed; we don%u2019t know if it failed because of poor deployment or bad coding. The deployment instructions were inadequate

Constraints: Due to security restrictions no remote access to the client site is possible, and only people with a British Passport are allowed on site

Desirable: Ideally we want the application install to be packaged as an windows installer msi file
