Dynamically change prices depending on customer choices

Description of requirements/features: I have an HTML pricing table which shows the price for three offerings hard coded in one currency - I need to add the ability for a customer to choose their currency and / or also to change the period (monthly or annually) and for the displayed price to dynamically change WITHOUT ANY PAGE REFRESH.

I will provide a list with the currency, the price in that currency and the period for each of the three products and, for each, I then need to be able to replace the currency symbol, the price and the period on the table each as individual items (to allow for styling)

See attached as an example - currently shows USD monthly. User clicks EUR and the symbol changes from $ to € and the price changes from 29 to 40 for example or they click annual and the price changes from 29 to 250 and the period changes from /mo to /year.

In each case I need three separate values returned which I can the show on the page - currency symbol, price and period (i.e. not just one string returned)

***Key is this must be done with any refresh of the page***

I do not need this installed nor styled etc - just need you to show it working on your side and then I will install and style on my server
