Dynamic image with radio button and JS

General information for the website: Small tool for personnal use (localhost)
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of requirements/features: See image below, i need :

- 3 forms with "radio button" (use image instead of radio button)
- a reset button
- center image need to be "dynamic"
- use hard coding, I want modify/add the code easily

Example :
* User click on "A1" button > display image "a1.jpg"
* User click on "A2" button > display image "a2.jpg"

* User click on "A1" button + "B1" button > display image "a1_b1.jpg"
* User click on "A3" button + "B2" button > display image "a3_b2.jpg"

* User click on "A2" button + "B2" button + "Option 1" > display image "a2_b2_option1.jpg"

- just create an application with button A1/A2/B1 & Option 1 functionnal
