Dreamweaver/CSS/Javascript/E.Commerce for re-design and development of existing website

I run my own marketing business and have the requirement from one of my clients to modernise their existing website.

The job is for a chemical maufacturer and I need a Dreamweaver/web expert for the re-design and subsequent development of the site. The job will be in various stages. First is to re-design the site and produce a 'template' for subsequent pages. We will then need to look at e.commerce, adding a Forum and updating the search facility. This will be an ongoing project and I would like to find someone I can establish a strong working relationship with.

I will be the 'middle man' between client and web designer, so I need someone experienced, professional and reliable.
