Docusign APi Integration

Description of requirements/functionality: Hi,

We have a custom built database which has a front end of Microsoft Access and Back End of SQL server.

We are an Estate Agents in the UK and wish to start using Docusign to get our terms of business produced.

Currently we have a mailmerge on our database to produce a word document (three different formats) of the terms of business that a custom would sign. We would then e-mail it as a PDF or print it.

We would like to build in Docusign to be able to link with the Database to send the Docusign agreement with a covering e-mail explaining what they need to do.

I would then like to have the results populate into a table of agreements issued via Docusign into a new table and the results / links to the sign agreement, audit history of the transaction.
