Django Developer Needed to Speed Up Website Performance

We are looking for an experienced Django developer to optimize and improve the performance of our existing website. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Django, database optimization, and web performance best practices.

Project Requirements:
- Analyze current website performance and identify bottlenecks
- Optimize Django back-end code for speed and efficiency
- Optimize database queries and improve response times
- Implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached, or Django caching)
- Minimize page load times and improve overall website performance
- Ensure website remains fully functional and stable after optimization
- Provide clear documentation of changes and improvements

Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Django/Python
- Database optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
- Experience with caching techniques and query optimization
- Front-end optimization knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Familiarity with profiling and performance monitoring tools
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot performance issues
