Discord bot support urgent

we have a dsicord bot on a VPN which is accessed through any desk.

the bot is meant to be automated to create mini servers with its own pages, so i create a header in channel and it creats the mini server
the same with an alliance.

the members are highest ranked R5 down to R1
R5 is overarching for the alliance and sees all and approved all users to the alliance
R4 is able to approve all R1-R3 to the alliance
approving in the alliance confirms the server automatically
Server adding should default to the ones in dicord but they can type in any number as it could be added at a later date and we should have a fix button to allocate them correctly
there is an open section for all users except one channel which is R4 and R5 only.

3 developers have worked on this now and not one can make it work correctly, the first did have it working correctly, then the other 1 did updates and it broke the final person just cant get it to work

it needs to be done same day

i would expect someone to download the code using anydesk from server, analyse the code and the rules, liase with me so we can fix logic and push live to test.
