Development of room booking system

We are looking for a developer to develop a room booking system that can accommodate 8 rooms (with a picture of the room) and 8 parking spaces.

The room hire element will have to accept organisation details via a scroll down menu, include price, booking ref number and notes. It will also have to produce a PDF invoice containing information outlined above

With Car Parking it just needs to be a booking slot for name and reg of vehicle no cost element.

Both car parking or room bookings need to allow us as the user to be able to do individual bookings, weekly bookings, monthly bookings or yearly bookings.

There are two online sites that to provide some of our needs but we are keen our booking system.

We have around £400 to pay for the system and our intention would be to pay 25% deposit, 50% once handover has occurred, and 25% a month following handover to check system is working without issue.

We are keen to use UK based provider and if the deal is right we could go ahead very soon, looking at a quick turnaround
