Estimated project duration: less than 1 week

I need someone to write the necessary function / class so we can integrate PayPal Express Checkout API into an existing asp.net 4 website so it returns the trans Id / auth id for use with our existing .net code. It needs to be self contained class so it can be easily integrated by us.

We would need to pass in our api keys as parameters and we would need instructions on how to call it.
