Development of ASP.Net frontend driven by SQL data/Web serivces

privately held portal. For which I want some one to develop web pages which allow me to search information on various parameters such as Contact Name, Company Name, Location, Business Type etc.
Search result should be displayed on web page and should be sortable on column headers. There would be 5-7 columns for list and by clicking on row I should be able to view complete contact detail in editable form - which will have 3-4 tables, 10-15 fields.
