Developer needed to add a contact form and google analytics to my current website

Experience Level: Intermediate
I have had a site coded but need one or two things fixed.
The site is www.abacusark.com
– The carousel sometimes cuts off at the top (keep refreshing the site and you'll see what I mean)
– I need a google analytics code added to the site
- JS contact form script needs to be added
- JS thank you page needs to be added for when a pdf is downloaded
All in all its a pretty small job and has to be completed by 4pm today (30th July)
