Developer & Designer for Vidyard integration

I need a developer to work with me on the integration of various forms to our website to call upon a personalised video. The request will be made via JSON.

1) We need to have a form on our website that, when filled out, triggers a personalised video for the end-user. The personlised video has already been created and setup on the Vidyard platform.

2) I also need help creating an attractive form to appear at the end of each video, which needs to be created in html.

3) I will also then need help integrating the personalised video setup with Messenger (ManyChat), so people can call their own personalised video from a Messenger bot.

It's all very do-able, but I just need someone to develop it with me. There will also be further requirements down the line, so I am looking for someone that is easy to work with and believes in what we are setting out to achieve.

Tasks 1 and 2 need to happen asap (ideally before Monday), but task 3 will not happen until the end of September.
