Develop Excel VBA code to process some inputs into outputs

We need someone with excellent VBA and maths skills to complete a spreadsheet that develops a simple forward curve. The input data consists of monthly/quarterly/seasonal/annual data for several commodities (gas, coal etc), and using a very simple set of rules this needs to be processed into a single monthly series for each commodity. The spreadsheet has been set up with clear inputs/outputs template, and a clear description has been put together of how to process the inputs. Your job is to set up VBA code that reads in the data, processes it into a result, and writes that into the results tab. This should be flexible so that we can add/remove commodities (each on their own input tab), change the time periods, etc. See attached.
