Develop and install locally a multi-agentic workflow

I would like you to develop and install locally on my machine a multi-agentic workflow which should include:

i. A agent, acting as an overall project manager to send and receive tasks to other sub agents e.g.
ii. A research agent to look through the local estate agency listings, scrape popular rental websites like Rightmove, OpenRent, PrimeLocation, HomeViews, Spareroom, Love to Rent, Ideal Flatmate, Roomgo, Apartments.com, Rent.com, Zillow.. Too many to mention.
iii. Use my requirements in the message I have written below to help filter out the options. Obviously use AI to do this work.
iv. A reviewer agent to go through the search result and make sure they fit my requirements. The reviewer agent should also confirm that advert is current, live and available.
v. An output agent, that compiles the most relevant and useful data collected
