Develop a Win32 WebDAV command line utility

To develop a small 32bit executable for use in a Windows 2003 scheduled batch file in a similar way to the NET USE command. This NETUSEWEBDAV command will map a drive letter to a remote WebDAV share.

NETUSEWEBDAV driveletter: http://nas.domainname.com:5005 /user:username password

NETUSEWEBDAV driveletter: https://nas.domainname.com:5006 /user:username password

NETUSEWEBDAV driveletter: /DELETE

Error checking can comprise of a simple 0 or 1 ErrorLevel indicating success or failure.

The key part here is that it must function without the user being logged in. Programming language is not important, but all source code must be provided upon completion.
