The tool should be able to view the ECG files and must be able to make changes to the files and save it.
Also there will be lot of work relating to d3 to get this to compeltion.
Need an expert who can work on this and who have past experience on creating a scalable software tools.

Needs lot of improvements on tagging each beats, changing background colors, having a basic algorithm that can predict Normal and other minor ecg beats
