Design a simple computer based program or database.

Hi,

This project consists of making a simple data entry program that produces a report each day.

There needs to be a user interface for my staff to enter a product that we're receiving, which time stamps the name, time, date, serial number, and a few other items, a confirmation box appears to confirm the amount of product received, and then the screen refreshes. This entry is now saved in the background for that day. Then at midnight, you can run a report, which will collate all the information from the day, and make a pdf that can be printed. Then the info is archived and a new day starts.

Please, find attached what we currently use on excel to record. I would like that turned into a database. The report at the end will both list each of the entries for that day, and also provide a summary page. Total amount received, total deliveries from which delivery company etc etc.

If this is something you have the skills for, and can help me with, I welcome your proposal. I intend on this project starting in the next 24 hours, and the work to be completed within 7 days. I am based in the US so there is a time difference for most freelancers who are from India etc. You will need to be flexible to help.

The computer this will be installed on does not have internet access, so we cannot utilize a web based app. Internet will be coming, but not anytime soon.
