Design a Security Software

The goal of this project is to develop a secure identity management system that provides users of the cloud computing service more control of their data as well as provide users to feel safe in the knowledge that their data is secure. Some of the features that the software needs to include are:
1.Login
2.Password/Change Password
3.Two Factor Authentication System
4.User Control to determine which users are allowed access to the system
5.IP Address Monitoring System
