Deploy Core MVC web application on IIS on Windows 11 Home.

I have a Core MVC application using currently .NET FW 4.7.2, that works well in Visual Studio. I need to host the application on my development computer with Windows 11 Home (later will be replaced with a dedicated server.) I do have IP address 82.141.159.179 assigned. Also, I have access to my router-firewall and installed the IIS. I need your help:

1. deploy my MVC application on my IIS,
2. make the application visible externally, perhaps by setting the IIS and my router-firewall.

Please, let me know if you can help me with these tasks and also estimate the cost.
