Deploy a wordpress plugin from github to amazon lightsail

I have a wordpress instance on AWS Lightsail.

I have a private repo in github with my plugin code.

I need you to write me a step by step to automatically deploy that plugin code to lightsail using github actions.

I'm a coder, not sysadmin, so assume I know nothing about the process. Start from just after wordpress is running on lightwave and the plugin is installed manually. The repo exists on github. No additional users, actions, keys or access tokens are setup yet.
