Database for showing rates that need to be charged to customer

I have a spreadsheet which contains prices we charge our customer for a set postcode. For each postcode there could be 4 vehicle types , each with a set rate.
I want to make it easier for our staff to find prices for each postcode. I want to be able to type the postcode into the system and it should ask vehicle type and give us the rate. I have attached the spreadsheet
Column E and Column F are the postcodes we would type into system. G to K are the vehicle types which would need to be selected.
If the job is on sat or sun there will be a 25% surcharge on the rate so there should be a button to click
If it is a bank holiday there will be a 50% surcharge on the rate so there should be a button to click
