Customize a model with artificial neural network

I need to create an inverse model for calculating tsunami sediment. The currently available model is not perfectly fit in our field data. So I need to customize and adding a deep learning approach to them.

I would like to use . The source code of this we can find in git hub link( i am attaching and all of them)
