Requirements
We are a training provider offering apprenticeships, work based and short courses to people that are either in and out of employment. Majority of our Students are government sponsored, which means their fees are being paid for the Government. I am looking for a robust Userform spreadsheet that would capture information recorded on the Paper Application Forms.

Courses can last between 4 and 18 months. Sometimes fees are paid over the duration of the course on a monthly basis; sometimes it would be in instalments of 2, 3, 4 or more. We need to be able to reflect this. As most of our courses are work based, Students are not attending classes everyday, sometimes it could weekly or monthly. There must be a way to specify the frequency of contact with the teachers. We must be able to print out completed reviews, observations and assessments with signatures.

We also have to schedule reviews, observation and assessment for specific periods.

In the end, we should be able to run reports of all Learners, with options for financials, scheduled tasks, reviews, assessments and observations. We would no doubt require some data validation built in.
