Custom Map for jVectorMap v1.2.2 (jQuery/Javascript/HTML)

Description of requirements/features: We need someone to create a custom vector map for use in jVectorMap v1.2.2. You will need to first re-sample the attached map (or find/create a better one) - this version is messy and has a semi-transparent line near the bottom; then follow the guidance on http://jvectormap.com/ to generate the map code. The map must be very similar to the attached map, and include Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Please then plot the markers as attached. If you have any questions, please let me know.

- Re-sample the attached map or find an alternative (includes Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey)
- Do not include regions or areas like some of the jVectorMap examples
- Follow guidance on jVectorMap to produce map code
- Test using jVectorMap v1.2.2
- Plot the markers as specified in attachment
- Supply working HTML page with jVectorMap v.1.2.2 and working map code
