Custom made email sending tool for my CRM

Hi,

I would need for my CRM someone who can implement a email sending tool which will have two buttons for sending situated in different areas of the CRM.
From the first button, you can send the predefined templates allready formated and with auto-fill(only that I would like to have a window where i can see how the email looks like before sending. the templates and the subject line are predefined. I would also need a option in the dropdown, where I can choose a new document, for which the subject and message will be manually written.(only signature is automate)
From the second button, situated in another location, the send button will only be pushable when all other fields are completed and saved. for the second send document tool, we use other templates, directly formated in html.
