Cron job for API calls

Developer required who has experience in PHP, Cron Jobs, API calls. We have the base code that runs a GET and then responsive POST calls. There is an array that needs updating with new list of numbers. There are PHP files that need to be triggered with server side cron job, running every 5 mins to check inter alia updates on mysql DB. Front end UX PHP page needs to be linked to the existing base code. Files available to preview on request.
