Creative audio-visual producer/editor

I am looking for a creative and sympathetic person with detailed current expertise in this field to give me 5 hours of their time in their studio, preferably before the end of this year. I want to gain an overview of the range of software and skills and equipment needed for my creative project. I am a beginner. I am a professional classical musician and art publisher (familiar with Page Maker / Quark / InDesign on Macintosh). I wish to create a new range of youtube videos promoting classical music and using sophisticated visuals. I want to get an opinion on which courses/equipment/software etc I need for my project, but I think this process will be more economical in time and money and effort if a professional can give me an overview and sympathetic guidance at the beginning... another way of saying all this is that I am looking for a mentor!
