Create Windows Virtual Audio Driver

A new product we are creating (c# based) requires multiple virtual sound devices (at least 10, possibly as many as 50) as part of it's functionality. The main functionality of the Virtual Sound Driver is to create a Speaker/Mic pair, all audio from the Mic for a driver is played out the speaker of the same driver instance. There are a number of 'products' online that provide this virtual cable functionality, however our customer base includes government agencies so we have to be careful about 3rd party sources and would like to use our own driver instead of a 3rd party.

The Windows Virtual Audio Driver needs to work on Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 (both 32 & 64 bit)
