Create a simple game-like application where building blocks with different colours can be created, modified, and piled on top of each other (a bit like lego blocks). They can also be deleted. Sizes of blocks can be changed any time. It should work in conjunction with the existing drawing tool.
It should be adaptive and usable with any devices (mobile, tablet, pc, mac).
Suggested technologies - HTML, CSS, javascript, PHP
Application 2:
Interactive Analogue & digital clock where users can move the hands of the clock and learn how to tell the time and also learn digital time. Some simple game functionality to be added.
It should be adaptive and usable with any devices (mobile, tablet, pc, mac).

Both applications need to be integrated into my existing website (moodle), as simple PHP/HTML pages.
I am looking for best price and solution as well as quick turnaround.
