Need to design a Mortgage ( EMI ) Calculator for existing website using JQuery framework / PHP. Rule engine for calculations are provided by me. This calculator webpage needs to be designed and apply the rule engines provided by me. EMI calculator will be for 4 variants :-
1) When EMI need to be identified
2) When tenure of loan needs to be identified
3) When ROI needs to be identified.
4) When principal out-standing needs to be identified.

Also to show a pie chart showing Principal and Interest division.
