Create custom desktop Gadget for Windows 10

Now I want to hire someone to create gadgets like a clock, weather, or any other. I will provide the graphics, design and fonts. The idea is that this apps must be fast load and low consume of resources. I attach a sample but these are not my graphics is just to give an idea about what I want to reach.
Lets start with the first one: "Clock". I will provide the fonts, and images. The circles on the bottom are the days in the month.
If you can do this in a good price, then we can continue with others.
