We require a basic windows c# service to be created.
We use an ethernet digital I/O device manufactured by Brainboxes. This device receives an input from an electrical component. I have a working piece of code that when it receives an input on the correct channel it is required to run a program.
The brainboxes device has a c# library available on their website with code samples for basic tasks.
Small snippets of code will be supplied.

The task is not clear. What do you mean by service - do you mean some web API service or do you mean Windows Service that we start using services.msc?
