Create an install script

I have an application on github and I need a quick way to deploy instances of it. I need a solution that does the following

1. Creates a subdomain on cpanel (I have cpanel and own hosting)
2. Pulls the script for git
3. There are some npm/shell commands that need run to set it up
4. Show an install screen to the user (its important the screen looks clean and professional), where they can choose the name and setup the default user
5. Install the database

There are a few bugs in the database that need fixed, but small task

Nice to haves, please quote seperately (if you can do this within the budget you're more likely to get selected)
Upload a logo
Unsplash api to choose a background image for login screen
Pick from a few color schemes (css files)

Looking for a full stack PHP dev, Codeigniter, Laravel, jQuery. If this project goes well, I have lots of other work for you, for example I want to add a stripe payment before this screen.
