Create an email subscription form for a landing page

I created a HTML5 landing page and I need it an email subscription form in PHP or Python/flask or bottle or cherry.py. Very simple task:Create the server side code that allows me the landing page to store subscriber emails and upload the completed work to our server.

This is a small and quick task. The landing page has already been designed in HTML5 you only need to connect the form and make it take and store emails.
